Important issue Finances:
City finances are being neglected by our irresponsible council. We can fix that with me on City Council. I have decades of financial responsibility having grown up in forced politically persecuted poverty for 5 decades and managing Government projects and roll outs of new Government service branch offices. Along with government oversight. The only Blue Shirt (Enlisted) attending Officer Financial and Budget meetings in the Navy. In Civil Government I was employed at a rank higher than a Captain in the Navy. Because the officers where BS when it came to finances. Our city council constantly fails to understand how to reorganize our Finances to be better at doing the most with city funding. Instead we get more of the same reckless spending and illegal taxation in the form of fees and new taxes like the problem at the state capitol in 2025 with the late session. We know the Democrats at the state capitol will only worsen the state financial woes. We get compared to larger cities when if fact we are the the same size as Brighton. Replacing Kondo on the city council will go a long way into creating financial security for the taxpayers and Northglenn's future. Elect Mark Bromley to office. Issue 1. City Council becoming a den of outsourcing anti-local hateful kangaroo court and lynch mob unethical, unlawful, unconstitional practices. Promoting forms of Communism, Socialism and Fascism in what I call North Korea Northglenn.
The city council is currently a lynch mob and kangaroo court. The current city council is secretive, underhanded, undermining, and demeaning to local life long residents. Members on our City Council boards and commissions have promoted Racism, Discrimination and Hate of Local Residents and our businesses. Directly defaming locals on council meetings and stealing concepts and ideas from local residents for decades. Aiming harassment and bullying for the past 5 decades to local residents they hate. To many individuals who hate their neighbors had appeared to turn the city council into a lynch mob justice kangaroo court forum. We had seen this in how two city council members were wrongfully censured. Where the DISE board and NEXT committee was used to lynch city council members. For what non-participation in a democrat agenda of promoting the hateful employment practice of DEI in North Korea Northglenn. Forms of legislated Communism, Socialism and Fascism by DEI initiatives. What is DEI? From my experience from people like our trash Mayor, Downing, Garner, NAHF, NURA, DISE, Goff, Kondo, Mullica, and other corrupt politicians. Discrimination, Exclusivity, and Intolerance that is DEI. We had witnessed Jaramillo a city rep along with NAHF operate a racist art show that excluded all local artists from the event for not fitting a racial profile in 2025. In these same council driven hateful processes a communist one child like 4 pet policy was forced on the city. Turning our police into a lynch mob tool of illegal behaviors. To spy on the public similar to KGB and Gestapo tyrannical policies. Harassing the Public because of hearsay of a Lynch mob crew of accusers too afraid of having to go to a court of Law. At the last few minutes we seen this Karen 7/28/25 city council. Liking the lynch mob response about a case of Animal Abuse and Animal Cruelty that lasted for decades. While complaining she disliked having to pursue a court case over the conflict with her neighbor. That the City Council lynched mobbed her neighbor leaving it out of the courts. This is a real problem the City Council is not a court not a judicial element. Everyone has a right to know their accusers and to have a trial by court of law. Not by city council lynch mobs. Our city council is mostly made up of foreign elements not of Northglenn funded in their campaigns by the Terrorism of Actblue that is a foreign Eastern European funding source ran by a questionable character named Soros. Soros by the way is not supported by the Hungarian Government for questionable ethics and immorality. Why did democrats on the city council take financial aid from Actblue a known unethical funding source tied to foreign funding corrupting our city, state, and national elections? Actblue has funded terrorist activities like burning TESLA sites and promoting BLM/Antifa hostility and terrorism seen in Denver since the 2020 protests that became violent and destroyed the state capitol, burned cars/trash cans, harmed people, attacked businesses. Even in politics, I have no doubt that the democrats and their Actblue aided in hostile messaging that I found bottles being thrown at me by moving vehicles and many cars threatening me while walking to and from city government functions during election. I even got hit by a car, and threatened and harassed by others on the campaign trail. I traced all the problems I'm having in Northglenn back to organized criminal activity on a City Council. I Mark Bromley am one of the good guys. I have a very clean SF-85P background check. I have committed no serious crimes. Yet I get lynched mobbed by a criminal city council where members on that corrupt council do have serious crimes. Crimes bad enough to demand their removal from city council. Like serious DUI cases for some on council. If that DUI member on Council harmed someone then he should step down. A DUI that harmed someone is a felony. We have a lawless and hateful city council that is politically persecuting local residents who lived their entire lives in Northglenn Colorado. This must end by voting Mark Bromley to the city council to end the tyranny of the lynch mobs being created by bad governance. Make Northglenn Responsible, Humble, and Civilized again Vote Bromley.
Issue 2. Lazy and useless Kondo and council that cares nothing about our critical resource of City Water.
Our elected reps. are paid to represent US citizens in Northglenn. We the citizens are their boss, they have a chart that proves this. It's in the candidate documents for elected office. I contacted Kondo about a problem with our Water back in 2024. He did not do his job. He wanted me to do his job, he's being paid by the city to work for the citizens not to freeload off of us and make us do their job. Kondo is wrong for ward 3. He did nothing to fix the water problem or address the issue. Here we are in 2025 and a couple of months ago they paid the water problem of smelly water and bad tasting water with lip service. Sending volunteers (slave labor) to do minor cleaning work to the water source. No real tools, no real goals, no real servicing to our water supply. The Council and the City did nothing to pay to improve our water supply means. All our city council did is waste money on the sin of lust and the sin of Pride event to party lavishly in the Park. Knowing for the past year since 2024 after I contacted Goff and Kondo we had a serious water quality problem in Ward 3. We are still experiencing Water quality problems in Northglenn in 2025. The city of Westminster is facing a lawsuit for cancer attached to it's water supply. I reached out to inquire if that legal group can test our water here in Northglenn? I have not seen Kondo's DD-214 but I did see this dishonorable discharge Scott Hughes DD-214. Show me your DD-214 Kondo and I'll show you mine.
Issue 3. City Council slumming out the city center with bad building proposals. Not open to Consulting with professional local building residents.
Our city reps are useless and try to waste my time thinking I should work for free to fix their shit. I'm a contractor and a consultant I get paid to fix things. I hate a freeloading mooching city council of idiots. Who rudely demanded I put my insurance and licenses on file with the city to consult with them about the terrible plans they have for slumming the city center. This proving they are not open to the citizens of this community and care nothing about our city center. Look two new housing projects went up in Northglenn in 2024. Both of them are eye sores and provide inhumane housing. Why not just make Human cattle stables? Real estate just trying to profit by treating people inhumanely in housing pushed by the Denver Housing Authority in Northglenn. I told the city that costs money to have insurance and proper licensing besides I'm not building the actual building I'm just consulting with a genius solution that should be compensated. Meeting 3 requirements. 1. Keeping with the intention of the city of Northglenn from it's founding. 2. Being historically significant to Northglenn. 3. Being humane in providing proper housing for the future healthy and sustainable growth of Northglenn. If the city isn't giving me the contract or going to pay me to do that? Then I'm not building the project so you don't need my licenses or insurance to be a consultant. They have not replied. Just more political persecution from a terrible city council. They never listen to the voters anyway.
Issue 4. Council is legislating Communist laws of Communist China. The 4 pet policy is the one child policy of China.
Why do I say Northglenn isn't American? It's because our council adopted legislation by Communist China called the one child policy. Aimed it at limiting pets to 4 cats or dogs. On top of that instructing the citizens to file their pet names with the police state, that's communism. That's Socialist/Communist/Fascist legislation that the progressives will aim eventually at Human Beings. What's next? The city already insults Vets as Pets, calls veterans cowards and calls veterans weak that we have PTSD. Kondo doesn't even have the balls to stand up to the council to protect veterans from harassment in this community and he claims to be Unaffiliated like me. But then you find out his Mom or Grandma is a Democrat and he pandered to Julie Mullica a democrat to take my seat on the council. We veterans need a real veteran like me who worked with the Fleet Reserve Association to stand up to the abuses of officers in Yokosuka, Japan's US Navy base.
Issue 5. The corrupt councils constant disrespect of Honorable Veterans Local to this Community. Politics labeling us Veterans as Pets, Cowards, and Weak. This is wrong and Kondo is to Yellowbelly to stand up for Veterans offended by the democrats projecting a bad and insulting image of veterans in Northglenn.
This matter of the communist pet law the democrat socialists created. Are the progressives going to target Veterans to be limited to number in housing? Like homeless people already are? My family has many veterans in it. We veterans are not pets, not cowards and not weak. Hateful officers like Kondo is the reason I left the US Navy in Yokosuka as he fails to stick up for honorable veterans in Northglenn. He served in a Yellowbelly submarine. I served in a mission critical role on the Flight Deck of two Aircraft Carriers. Working in the V-2 Division maintaining the biggest guns in the Military. 8 steam catapults and 8 steam arresting gear. My bullets were Aircraft. On average we shot off 72 sorties per day forward deployed to foreign conflicts and successfully defended our Allies opposing Communist, Socialist and Fascist China and other Dictator nations in the Middle East.
Issue 6. Racism and Discrimination aimed at my Miscegenated Japanese family by city council, DISE, and Kondo who is a token letting discrimination harm this asian family and not hearing me on the issue .
I am a Japanese Father, my wife is Japanese from Hiroshima, and my son is a Colorado born/Japanese dual citizen. Before Kondo tries to play victim and play his race card which he flashed on city council. My wife and son are real Japanese. My son was born here, he is named George after Saint George and it's also Kondo's grandfathers name apparently. My son was born here in Colorado and is a son of a son of the founder of Adams County and Northglenn by genealogy of family name. So Kondo don't even try your racist crap with me!!! Kondo your race card is revoked. Kondo you have done nothing to aid or assist the discrimination my family faced and you never wanted to know, never cared, never wanted to do anything to understand the core of my real frustration with this "communist "community." Besides that you better learn the history of the Bromley Farm in Brighton before playing your race card. Kondo did not take the time to learn about my family from Japan. He cared very little about this local life long resident and veteran hero and his Japanese family. Kondo doesn't give a crap about the asian or Japanese community in Northglenn. If he did he would have put aside his politically motivated hatred to get to know me. Instead he gave me the cold shoulder and politically persecuted this honorable veteran. Do the math. In six years I got 11 medals in the Navy. If I spent 30 years I would achieve 55 medals, I performed better than Kondo overseas in Yokosuka Japan. He should be respectful, civil and helpful toward me. But he is persecuting me unfairly and unjustly like the hate group of local democrats he panders to.
Issue 7. Excessive over regulation in Colorado Legislation.
Colorado is known As the 6th most over excessively regulated state in the USA. With over 200,000 regulations that hamper business, ingenuity, invention, and innovation. Over 45% of the legislation in Colorado is abusive, neglectful, and excessive. This has to change if Colorado is going to improve in economics and status of living. We see a lot of terrible legislaiton attacking civil rights and civil liberties. The rights of parents to properly protect their children from a corruption in government pushing harmfully deranged legislations. We see unsustainable fees on Deliveries and on simple things like a grocery bag. We see excessive abuses of government over reach in taxes. We see the tax codes robing the poor and the middle class and giving unto the wealthy. There is even legislation that pushed experimental vaccines on the masses and according to findings at the US Senate. Those who died from Covid-19, 74% was caused by the vaccines themselves. Here in Northglenn a former City Council member died from the vaccine and I and my son became ill because of a person being vaccinated at the local Northglenn Hospital. We know the Mullica's caused these travesty by pushing bad legislation forcing experimental and dangerous vaccines on the people. Fact is many bad legislations for Northglenn came into being by the very elected officials in Northglenn I ran against. Including communist China backed legislations in the state of Colorado that are cruel and uncalled for. Like the communist 4 pet policy. There are so many at the state capitol that are designed to make your children homosexual by age 11, then gender mutilate them by age 12. The state has pushed dangerous and harmful excessive over reach legislation and it has harmed my local business and many others. Northglenn needs me on this council to make a positive change for Colorado's future.
Issue 8. End the defaming of local born and raised Artist businesses in Northglenn by city council
I was born an artist, writer and poet of Northglenn and Adams County. If you are one of my teachers, Local friends, family, from Eastlake Elementary and all the schools in Northglenn to Cotton Creek, Huron Junior High and Northglenn High School to Western Colorado University. Then you know I was educated and trained to be a local Artist, Writer, Poet, Thespian and Warrior US Navy. However our city council has defamed me and refused to employ this Local made and grown Artist to do local work meant for local Artists. Instead our council outsourced the work to democrat staffers who worked for elected democrats. We local artists were defamed, stolen from, harassed, insulted, and politically persecuted by our current city council. We were discriminated against for not being of a very narrow minded race, gender and sexual orientation by corrupt racist politicians on our city council. Voting Mark Bromley will bring justice to the arts in Northglenn. So that local raised and built artists, writers, poets, thespians can have a chance to shine here in their home town of Northglenn. The city that created them. You can help out. My yard signs are my art work and by donating you can get Yard signs with my art on them. There are 4 types. the half sized name ones are free as long as supplies last. The other two Name Northglenn ward 3 signs are for a simple donation of $8. The the full sized 2025 art is for $15. Get as many as you want and display them around town to upset our local nasty city council. Vote Mark Bromley put me on that council force that hateful council to be civil. Respect it's local artists and their businesses.
While we are at it. My Civilian Government rank is not just an E-5 in the Navy. It's an SV-G in Homeland Security with a pay grade above that of a Captain in the Navy. So I outrank Kondo. It is also good to note. I do not put on my uniform to pander to local city elected democrats. There are many pictures of Kondo at city functions wearing his uniform like a pet. I also want to point out my College Western University in Gunnison is a Civilian College. Meaning I paid my own way in College. The College Kondo attended is paid for by Communism and the US taxpayers as it's ran by the government. Mark Bromley attended Civilian College paid his own way like a true American. Kondo accepted Socialism and had the taxpayers pay for his College. Who's worth more? Mark Bromley is worth more for the city of Northglenn.
Also Mark Bromley is certified to work on Nuclear power and has a vastly superior background and understanding of motor controls integral to how Nuclear Power Plants works. I also did work at the Denver Waste Water plant as an Electrician. I was also a highly rated Electrician in the Ship Yards building ships. I was the only Blue Shirt Enlisted in planning and finance Khaki meetings in the US Navy. I have held a Professional Electrical License. Kondo just claims it as an pencil pusher in administrative personnel duties. Kondo actually doesn't know nuclear power. In the Navy Officers like Kondo don't fix anything they never get their hands dirty. Officers like Kondo only sit at a desk to look pretty. Only the Enlisted keeps the Navy working and mission critical that is a fact. Vote Mark Bromley for Ward 3.
